The following terms and conditions outline Dollop Pte Ltd's responsibilities (herein also referred to as Company) and the customer's responsibilities (herein also referred to as Customer).

All deposits are non-refundable.

Company agrees to provide services at the location indicated.

Company owns all picture and video rights and may use them for commercial and advertising material.

Upon booking the session, Customer hereby waive, release, absolve and forever discharge Dollop Pte Ltd, and their officers, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Releasees”) from all and any responsibility, actions, claims, demands, obligations and/or liability arising from any loss or damage (including without limitation and to the extent permissible by law, physical injury, infection, loss of life or property damage) sustained by me or caused as a result of participation in the photography session. 

Customer shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Releasees against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, actions, claims, demands, costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis and experts’ and consultants’ fees), settlement sums and sums paid in satisfaction of court, that is sustained, incurred, paid by or suffered by the Releasees arising out of or in connection with my participation in the photography session.

Customer further agree that I shall at all times be solely responsible for my conduct, acts, and omissions in relation to my participation in the photography session, and for the safe custody of my personal property. 

Customer agree to bear all expenses incurred in excess of any and/or all Support received from the Releasees under this release and indemnity. 

This agreement shall be governed by Singapore law.
